Here are two short video clips that my Mom took of Kelly at the Loras All-Sports Camp Olympics.

**The first one is of her swimming the 25 backstroke during Swimming Majors

**The second one is a clip of her during the cheerleading routine at the Closing Ceremonies (Cheerleading was one of her minors)

Loras Sports Camp - OLYMPIC DAY

The last day of camp is always the Olympics!  I LOVED the Olympics when I was a camper!  All the campers parade out to the Olympic theme song, compete in three huddle competitions, perform there major sport, and participate in closing ceremonies.  It is a fun-filled day!!!

 Grandma Peggy & Papa Michael came to watch all of Kelly's Olympics!  It brought back memories from when they took me as a camper! :)

Loras Sports Camp - Day 4

Kelly is truly loving her first experience at Loras Sports Camp!  Tonight was the paddle branding ceremony....which is what the campers work for all week long!

 Kelly was REALLY excited about this "stunt" in cheerleading!  She took her camera and asked her coach to take a picture of her!  LOVE IT!!!!

 Kelly also took her camera to ice skating....where her coach took this adorable picture of the 4 girls in her huddle group!!!!

 All 8 girls in Kelly's huddle group were first time campers.....so they all received paddles for the first time!

(You can earn two things per year.....either a paddle and a brand or two brands)

 Kelly received the same FIRST brand that I did as a camper.....ATTITUDE.  You can see that the paddles have changed a little in the last 25+ years.....but the brands are still the same as when the camp started 31 years ago!
