Loras All-Sports Camp - Day 2 (Monday)

Today was the first FULL day of camp where the campers had their one major sport and two minor sports.

Kelly, Ellie, and Jessie all picked swimming as their major....so I saw all three of them for 2.5 hours every morning!

Loras All-Sports Camp - Day 1 (Sunday)

Kelly is attending Loras All-Sports Camp for the second summer!  

Last summer she was a day camper.....and this year she is an overnight camper!  She is VERY EXCITED!  She is attending with 4 girls from her grade at Xavier.  Fun times!!!!

Cupcake Bake-Off

On Thursday, all the kids in the cupcake bake-off class could invite guests.  Kelly had Grandma Pat, Papa Tom, and Grandma Peggy attend her bake-off!

UD for Kids

Kelly attended UD for Kids for the second summer!  

This is an enrichment camp for kids who just completed grades 1-6, where the student has to be nominated by a teacher in order to attend.  It is held on the University of Dubuque Campus.

Kelly picked the following classes this year....

1. Messin with Mixtures 12:30-2:00

2. Cupcake Bake-Off 2:30-4:00

She enjoyed both classes this year and her two last year as well. (Mini-Musical and It's all about ART).  Her favorite out of the four classes was.....CUPCAKE BAKE-OFF!

We celebrated Kelly turning EIGHT with all six of her grandparents at Happy Joe's for pizza and cake!  The perfect ending to her birthday!!!

Kelly's birthday was the Tuesday she attended UD for Kids!  One of her two classes was the cupcake bake-off class.  Her class sang to her and she blew out a candle in one of the cupcakes she made!  How fun!
