Be-dazzling Pumpkins

The girls wanted to be-dazzle their pumpkins this year......with glitter glue, gems, pumpkin push-pins, etc.  They had a great time and spent over an hour decorating the pumpkins they picked out at the pumpkin patch.

Daddy/Daughter Hockey Night

Brian's company had two free tickets for the Saints Hockey Game on Saturday night.  This was the night of Districts (which means we find out who qualifies for state) so I wasn't able to go with him.  Some of the other Dads he works with decided to take their oldest children......so Kelly and Daddy had a special night together.  The tickets included two free drinks for each of them and unlimited appetizers.  It was a great night for Daddy & Kelly!

 It was "Pink the Rink"....which was right up Kelly's ally.....she was decked out from head to toe in PINK!  The gave away these towels to wake when they scored!

Library Halloween Party

Brian took the girls to our Dyersville Library's Halloween Party....while I was at my teams District Swim Meet in Cedar Falls.  The girls had a great time trick-or-treating at some of the local businesses, listening to some Halloween stories, and making a "bat" craft.

Alaina's 4th Birthday

Molly's friend, Alaina, turned 4 and we were lucky to be able to celebrate her Ariel birthday party with her! :)  These girls have become great friends through the library story time program.  This is Molly's second friend that has turned four....so she is excited to turn four soon too!

Ben & Daniel's birthday

Grandma Jackie and Papa Bear took the girls on a road trip to Minnesota to celebrate Ben turning 7 and Daniel turning 5 years old.  From everything I heard....the girls had a GREAT TIME!  They loved the birthday party....complete with a pinata, games, cake, playing outside, and a fun favor bag too.  They stayed overnight in a hotel, had breakfast in the morning, and went SWIMMING too!  It was a fun trip for the girls....while Mommy & Daddy were at a swim meet all day.....and then slept until 8am on Sunday morning. :)

Grandparents Day at Xavier

The girls were lucky to have 4 of their 6 grandparents attend the Grandparents Day Celebration at Xavier!  They enjoyed showing Grandma and Grandpa their classrooms and they each made something special for their Grandma's and Papa's too!
