Early Releases!

The kids got out of school 2 hours early due to excessive heat.....
and no A/C in a lot of the schools!

So.....this is what our kids do on early release days - POOL FUN!

Dyersville Soccer

Kelly started her 3rd year in the Dyersville Soccer League!  She is the older grade this year in the 1st/2nd grade division.  She also played when she was in Kindergarten too.

This season marks my 15th year as a head coach of the Wahlert Catholic Swimming and Diving Team.....where does this time go?!?!  We only have 4 seniors this year.....and 22 total girls.  It should be a fun season!

Molly's first day of Pre-K

Molly started 4 year old preschool today.  She will attend Xavier 4 full days (Monday-Thursday) from 8:00-3:10pm this school year!  That is two more days than last year when she went on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  She was very excited to start preschool!!!!

Today was Kelly's first day of SECOND GRADE!!!  She has a lot to look forward to this year.....first reconciliation and first communion!  She CAN'T WAIT to go shopping for her beautiful white first communion dress!!!  Let a fun year of learning begin!!!

We spent the day on the river with a lot of my family!  The kids had a BLAST....and the weather was PERFECT!!!

Ember's 7th Birthday

We celebrated Ember's 7th birthday with a party at there new house in Dubuque.  The girls are really getting to know their second cousins better since they have moved back to Iowa!
